                  Ed Askin   " Crew  Chief "

    Ed is the backbone to David Elliott racing, Ed joined the team during

   the winter of 1998 while David was running with the CVM, they hit if

   off right from the start. Ed works very hard as the Crew Chief and has

   earned the position right from the start, Ed and David have teamed up

   to win 3 overall championships in the CVM  2000, 2001, and 2002 and

   when they started in the Late Model division it didn't take long to get

   back to the top winning the Flamboro Championship in 2006.
